The totle team has been consistently updating our platform to enhance user experience.

In this February update, we've improved existing features and added new functions to enhance user experience.

❓ What Features Have Been Added?

🗃️ Improved File Management Features

We've upgraded the file search function in the filebox, making it easier for users to search files using different criteria. You can now also manage files more efficiently by deleting and downloading them with ease.

File Search Feature Improvement

  • Search files by sender account

  • File search by sending date

  • Easily search by name, sender, or email subject

File Management Feature Improvement

  • Display of remaining storage capacity.

  • Batch download (.Zip) and delete selected multiple files.

  • Export large file attachments list to Excel.

📖 Improved User Guidance

1. Addition of User Guide Icon

We have added a User Guide icon to the right panel that appears when "More Options" menu is clicked. Now, when you encounter difficulty in utilizing a feature, simply click on this icon to access the usage instructions for totle features.

2. Added Options in Settings⚙️

We've added new options in the Settings menu, including User Guide, FAQ, and Contact Us icons. These additions makes it easier for you to find answers and reach out to the totle team for assistance with any errors or usage inquiries.

🎀 Outlook Ribbon Menu Update: Classic Ribbon Now Default.

Classic Menu is set as default.

We've updated the default setting to the classic ribbon layout. This change makes it easier to find totle menu options, addressing previous difficulties with the simplified ribbon layout. You can still customize this setting in the menu options as needed.

ou can access the updated features by upgrading the program.
