## 📢 totle February 2024 Product Update

The totle team has been **consistently updating our platform** to **enhance user experience.**&#x20;

In this February update, we've improved existing features and added new functions to enhance user experience.

## ❓ What Features Have Been Added?

### 🗃️  Improved File Management Features

We've upgraded the <mark style="background-color:yellow;">**file search function**</mark> in the filebox, making it easier for users to search files using different criteria. You can now also <mark style="background-color:yellow;">**manage files**</mark> more efficiently by deleting and downloading them with ease.

### 📖 Improved User Guidance

#### 1. Addition of User Guide Icon

We have added a <mark style="background-color:yellow;">**User Guide icon**</mark> to the right panel that appears when "More Options" menu is clicked. Now, when you encounter difficulty in utilizing a feature, simply click on this icon to access the usage instructions for totle features.

#### 2.  Added Options in Settings⚙️

We've added <mark style="background-color:yellow;">new options in the</mark> <mark style="background-color:yellow;"></mark><mark style="background-color:yellow;">**Settings menu**</mark><mark style="background-color:yellow;">, including</mark> <mark style="background-color:yellow;"></mark><mark style="background-color:yellow;">**User Guide**</mark><mark style="background-color:yellow;">,</mark> <mark style="background-color:yellow;"></mark><mark style="background-color:yellow;">**FAQ**</mark><mark style="background-color:yellow;">, and</mark> <mark style="background-color:yellow;"></mark><mark style="background-color:yellow;">**Contact Us**</mark> <mark style="background-color:yellow;"></mark><mark style="background-color:yellow;">icons.</mark>  These additions makes it easier for you to find answers and reach out to the totle team for assistance with any errors or usage inquiries.

#### 🎀 Outlook Ribbon Menu Update: Classic Ribbon Now Default.

**Classic Menu is set as default.**

<mark style="background-color:yellow;">**We've updated the default setting to the classic ribbon layout.**</mark> This change makes it easier to find totle menu options, addressing previous difficulties with the simplified ribbon layout. You can still customize this setting in the menu options as needed.
