### ✅ New Outlook 수신확인 기능 안정화

* **문제해결**: New Outlook(OWA) 환경에서 간헐적으로 수신확인 기능이 정상 작동하지 않던 문제를 해결하고 기능을 복구했습니다
* **개선 효과**: 이제 모든 Outlook 환경(Classic, New, OWA)에서 **수신확인 기능**을 **더욱 안정적으로이용하**실 수 있습니다.

### 📝 메모기능 제공 범위 변경

Microsoft의 애드인 정책 변경으로 인해 **New Outlook 및 OWA 환경에서는 메모 기능 제공이 중단**됩니다. Classic Outlook에서는 기존과 동일하게 메모 기능을 계속 이용하실 수 있습니다.
