We've fixed the issue preventing read receipts from working properly in New Outlook (OWA). This feature now operates reliably across all Outlook environments.

### 📝 Memo Feature Availability Update

Following recent changes to Microsoft's add-in policies, we must adjust the availability of our Memo feature in certain environments.

* **Service Discontinued** : New Outlook and Outlook Web Access (OWA)
* **Service Maintained** : Classic Outlook (Desktop Version)
* **Important Note** : Rest assured, all your existing memo data is safely secured. We are actively exploring alternative solutions for New Outlook users and will announce a replacement as soon as it is ready.

* **Upgrade**: We have completed comprehensive server infrastructure upgrades to optimize performance and proactively prevent potential errors.
